CEO
Meet Mollique, an immigrant from Jamaica who moved to Connecticut at the age of 10. He has a rich background in Higher Education, holding various roles such as Resident Director at UC Santa Barbara, Director of Operations at San Diego State University, and a staff member on the Semester at Sea program, which provides study abroad opportunities for college students. Mollique earned a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from Springfield College and a Bachelor’s degree from Southern Connecticut State University (SCSU).
As an immigrant, Mollique’s hardworking nature is driven by his desire for financial stability for himself and his family. His strong work ethic stems from his upbringing, where his Jamaican parents instilled in him the values of hard work, kindness, and selflessness.
One of Mollique’s biggest lessons has been to trust the process and to do the right thing—not for immediate results, but because it’s simply the right thing to do. His greatest professional achievement to date is becoming a business owner in just eight months and launching his own marketing firm.
Mollique is deeply motivated by his 11-year-old son, who has Down syndrome, and his ultimate goal is to provide the best life possible for him.
Beyond his professional life, Mollique has many surprising talents and experiences—he played semi-professional basketball, models, and even appeared on the popular TV show *The Bachelorette*. He’s particularly proud of being a self-taught barber, a pretty good cook, and has a keen eye for fashion, always striving to look his best.
Account Manager
Gavin was born and raised in South Philadelphia. Driven by a desire for success and exploration beyond his hometown, Gavin initially pursued a nursing career at the University of Tampa before shifting his focus to music, graduating from the Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences in Arizona. He has experience working in LA recording studios and various roles in restaurants and retail before starting his position at Regal Management. These experiences helped him develop a diverse skill set and a strong work ethic, which he now channels into his current role. Passionate about boxing and inspiring others, Gavin also enjoys trying new restaurants and food. His goals include achieving financial freedom and traveling to every country.
Account Manager
Meet Amin, a dynamic professional with a journey that started in Iran and has flourished in the U.S. since 2012. Amin’s career is like a well-crafted sales pitch—versatile, impactful, and consistently hitting the target. Amin has worn many hats (and sometimes even aprons), from grocery stores to car dealerships to restaurants to banks. Whether it’s pushing products, closing deals, or just making sure everyone leaves with a smile, Amin does it all with a flair for the personal touch. He’s not just about work, though. Amin thrives on challenges, whether it’s navigating a tricky customer interaction or carving down a snow-covered mountain on his snowboard. With hobbies ranging from the fast-paced action of ping-pong and basketball to any outdoor adventure, Amin knows how to keep things competitive and exciting. His entrepreneurial spirit keeps him constantly looking for the next big thing, and his goal-oriented mindset ensures he’s always driving toward success. Amin’s love for socializing means he’s not just a team player but also the life of the office (and probably the after-work gathering). When it comes to telemarketing, Amin’s got it dialed in—literally.

Alexander Watson holds a B.A. in Political Science from William Paterson University, NJ, and a J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, CA. Originally from Roxbury, NJ, Alexander is a passionate singer, rapper, and songwriter, and one day, he plans to be the king of the pirates! His goals center around personal growth, leadership, and entrepreneurship, aiming to support his family and those he believes in. He dreams of creating a Music Collective that champions creativity and the DIY era in music and art, as well as owning an island for personal and commercial use, all while becoming someone who gives without expecting anything in return.
